Norway Minister for Local Government and Regional Development Liv Signe Navarsete has said that self-help group women will make a mark if guided well in various activities as they were found “enthusiastic”. She thanked the district administration for the arrangements and reception. She made the remarks at a Power Point presentation on women empowerment at the Zilla Parishad Guest House.
