UNESCO Delays Decision on Disputed Prize

Diplomats at UNESCO delayed a decision Tuesday on whether to name a life sciences prize after the much-criticized ruler of Equatorial Guinea, giving respite to Western governments and U.N. diplomats who see him as tainted and the prize as an embarrassment.
